I have used these guys before for a massive blockage where they had to dig out a bunch of pipework. I was really impressed so called them again for today’s work. Customer service and speed of work was as impressive as the last time. There was an unexpected break in a pipe found during diagnosis which was repaired at the time of the blockage being cleared with no need to rebook. Would highly recommend.

We are very happy with their work, unblocked drainage. The owner I spoke to was polite and booked us on the same day. The plumber who did the job was respectful, examined the issue, explained what they would do and got onto it right away. We intend to keep DSPG as our plumbers. Thank you.

Mark replaced our failed water heater, a gas heater, with an upgraded equivalent model. The job was done as promised, on time and at a competitive price. Mark is a polite professional and he demonstrated that he does exactly what he says. Overall we are quite happy. Well done Mark and team. Recently Mark fixed a kitchen sink blockage in our property. He had to return again as the gurgling sound did not go away on the first try. He used the camera to locate and dislodge the remaining blockages. He did all this within the agreed price. The thing that I liked best is that he values loyal customers and he tries his level best to keep them happy. Thank you Mark and team, much appreciated.

Mark was extremely helpful and continued communication over the weekend which surprised me. Arranged to come out and fix a split pipe in the laundry wall. Turned up on time and completed repair quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up really well afterwards. Then the bill came in and I was very pleasantly impressed as it was about half what I had been told to expect. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend Mark and his team at The Drain Surgeon.
